OHLA and the Hebrew fund Mohari Hospitality, a company owned by Pokerstar founder Mark Scheinberg, announced this Friday that they have reached an agreement to divide the assets of Galería Canalejas, located in the center of Madrid, after years of litigation between both parties.

According to the Spanish-Mexican construction company's report to the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV), OHLA will retain ownership of the Canalejas Gallery and the main parking lot, while Mohari will own the hotel, the commercial space occupied by Hermès, and the associated parking lot.The said call also indicated that the agreement provided for current debts related to the property.redistribution, one third of which is distributed to OHLA's assets.

OHLA points out that this strategic division of assets will allow both companies to focus on their areas of expertise, enhance value creation and improve customer and visitor experience.

He also noted that Okhla and Mohar are committed to the sustainable growth of Madrid, "Tourism and trade, innovation, quality, quality, quality and sustainable development."

Finally, both companies stated that the transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including necessary approvals and formalization of relevant procedures and documents, and indicated that closing is expected to occur by January 31, 2026.
